Oh boy!
On Saturday we recorded 3 songs with our great pal Sam Macdonald and a fellow student, also named Sam! It was a great time, despite the fact that I woke up to Foxx and Noogz at my door at 9am and had forgotten we were recording. In my dressing gown, it took me a moment to realize it wasn’t friday. On an unrelated note, Giles and I got quite drunk on Friday night. Mcdonalds breakfast solved our problems.
We are recording vocals sometime this week and should have the songs finished in a few weeks. We plan to release them on a 7” record if we can figure something out. If you are a label and would like to put out this record for us, we can be friends and eat cheeseburgers!
We are playing with Hermetic on November 28th. Giles’ birthday is a few days after. I am not entirely sure where the show is, other than I believe it’s called Smiley’s. This show will be fun.
